Overview:
00L-3 Cincinnati Electronics produces a full line of Cryogenic Coolers to control thermodynamics. Linear Cryogenic Coolers provide "on demand" refrigeration that meet your exact needs. Proper cooling delivers long life and saves power. Whenever a thermal constant is required, Cryogenic Coolers offer a dependable solution. The B5000 offers advanced flexure spring design that enhances the acclaimed long-life Stirling Cooler. This added feature will allow the MTTF lifetime of the cooler to exceed 10,000 hours.

Defense Applications:
00Cryogenic coolers provide "on demand" cooling for Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) platforms in a variety of configurations and applications. FLIR's are a key component for developing crucial battlespace intelligence. Today they are used on the ground, in the air, and on the water for reconnaissance, surveillance, tracking and targeting.

Aerospace Applications:
00Cryogenic coolers provide the required thermodynamic control for peak operating efficiency and long system life. Advanced sensing systems such as those on AWAC's scan the air environment for attack warnings of surface-to-air and air-to-air enemy missiles.

Model B5000 Five-watt Cryogenic Cooler:
00The Model B5000 uses advanced flexure spring design to enhance L-3 Cincinnati Electronics acclaimed long-life Stirling coolers. This added feature will allow the MTTF lifetime of the cooler to exceed 10,000 hours use. The B5000 offers long life, balanced dual configuration, low audible noise and high-performance linear motors.
