00BA/BS or equivalent, MS preferred and 10 plus years experience in Government/Military sales preferably in the area of EO/IR imaging systems. An understanding of the defense budgeting and procurement process is necessary. Must be able to work closely with the Project Executive, Engineering and Program Management within the company and with the outside customer base. Must be able to obtain a security clearance. The individual will have responsibility and accountability for the development and capture of new business for IR thermal weapons sensor systems. Will be aware of potential business by working through and with government agencies and defense contractors. 05-62
