Senior Systems Engineer
00 BS degree in Engineering or Physics and
5+ years experience in Systems Design and Application Engineering in
Electro-Optical Systems. Experience in Systems Integration, including
COTS integration, system architecture design, System Engineering
disciplines and requirements process. Understanding of the DOD
acquisition and procurement process a plus. Also the understanding of
CMMi is a plus. Must be able to work within tight deadlines and
multi-task various projects in an organized manner. Must have excellent
project management, communication and problem solving skills. The
individual will define and implement system level concepts for IR&D
programs. Will define and evaluate system level concepts for New
business development, applications, and proposals. Will lead and
generate the technical proposal effort and activities and lead and
implement the System Engineering disciplines on new business capture.

EMI Test Engineer
00BSEE and 3 years EMI test laboratory
experience is required or applicable EMI courses and/or demonstrated
academic study may be substituted in lieu of test experience. Working
knowledge of RTCA DO/160 or Mil-Std-461 test specification is desired.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required. The individual will
plan, prioritize, and coordinate available resources to meet project
objectives and schedules; have overall responsibility for the setup,
conduct and quality of assigned EMI test projects; and direct and
coordinate the activity of up to 4 test technicians or support

Semiconductor Process Engineer
00BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Materials or other relevant Sciences.
10 years semiconductor process engineering experience is required. Knowledge of bump
bond processes is desired. The individual will support bump bond production in an IR
semiconductor fab. Must possess a strong sense of ownership and dedication to the
improvement of all aspects of their assigned area. The individual will use their broad
experience in process engineering to establish control and measurement of critical
process steps. The individual will be dedicated to improving the process by working
with cross-functional teams. In this hands on role, the individual will have a strong
ability to work with technicians and develop more efficient methods to meet daily
requirements. The individual will also work closely with maintenance personnel to
ensure equipment is in top condition and development engineering to produce new bond

Software Engineer
00BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science,
and 1+ years experience in software design/development. Must have knowledge of
PC bus architecture as it impacts software design and performance. Experience
with Borland C++ or Visual C and Windows XP, OpenGL, DirectX or equivalent is
required. Experience in High-speed data collection using hotlink, camera link
or equivalent is also required. Experience developing, organizing and publishing
software requirements derived from higher level requirements and design documentation;
experience defining and publishing software test methods, plans, and performing
software testing; experience and understanding CMMi design and development processes;
proficiency with MatLab, and algorithms for image processing is desired. Experience
and knowledge of USB, Camera Link, Ethernet, and GigE protocols are also desired.
The individual will provide assistance to lead software engineers in the development
of PC test software for IR thermal imaging systems. Responsibilities include software
development and the implementation of algorithms in “C” for IR camera systems that
fulfill system requirements to schedule. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain

Mechanical Engineer
00BSME with 5 years
mechanical design and analysis experience of electro-mechanical
assemblies. Must be Mechanical CAD proficient using one of the following
- I-DEAS, UGS/NX, Solidworks, Pro-E or Cosmos. Electronics packaging,
structural and thermal analysis experience is desired. The individual
will be responsible for customer and vendor interaction to develop
interface control drawings, create component and assembly models of
Imaging Systems and internal structures/parts that fulfill features and
requirements and create and check manufacturing drawings before part
fabrication. Will also participate in engineering design reviews and
product development teams, provide work and schedule assignments, and
interface with Manufacturing Engineering in support of product
transition, test fixture specifications, design rule generation, and ESS

Optical Coating Engineer
00AS degree in
Engineering Technology and 10 years equivalent experience in Thin Film
Technology. A BS in Materials Science is preferred. Five years or more
experience with optical filter design and manufacturing, as well as
specifying, testing and characterizing IR filters are required.
Knowledge of cleanroom practices is a plus. The individual will work
with customers in defining customer requirements, work closely with
vendors to improve filter product, and transition filter designs to
production floor. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security
